These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Aurigo Mobility services, including our website, mobile application, scheduled ride services, rider onboarding, customer support, communications, and related features.

By creating an account, booking a ride, applying as a rider, submitting a form, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. About Aurigo Mobility

Aurigo Mobility provides a digital mobility platform designed to help customers schedule rides and connect with verified rider or driver partners, subject to service availability, operational coverage, and launch status.

Some features may be launched gradually, tested in selected areas, or marked as coming soon.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete account, contact, booking, and fare-related information.
  • If you book a ride for another passenger, you confirm that you are authorized to share their information and request the service for them.
  • Rider or driver partner onboarding may require identity, address, vehicle, license, training, and verification checks.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login credentials, device access, OTPs, and any activity conducted through your account.

You must promptly notify Aurigo Mobility if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, incorrect information, or security issues.

4. Bookings, Scheduled Rides, and Availability

  • Ride availability may depend on location, rider availability, traffic, weather, vehicle availability, platform status, and operational conditions.
  • Estimated arrival times, travel times, fares, and routes are indicative and may change due to real-world conditions.
  • Aurigo Mobility may accept, reject, reschedule, cancel, or modify bookings where required for operational, safety, legal, or service-quality reasons.
  • Customers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time and must provide accurate pickup/drop details.

5. Cash Fare Collection and Pricing

Applicable ride fares, charges, cancellation fees, and fare details may be shown in the app, website, ride record, or booking confirmation.

Aurigo Mobility currently plans customer ride payments through cash collected by the assigned rider or driver partner. Aurigo Mobility does not ask customers for sensitive online financial credentials.

  • Cash fare disputes or corrections, if any, will be reviewed according to ride records, cancellation rules, support information, and internal review.
  • Rider or driver partner earnings records may be subject to completed rides, verification, deductions, penalties, service fees, and platform policies.

6. User Conduct

  • Do not misuse the platform, create fake bookings, share false information, harass riders/customers, or use the service for unlawful activity.
  • Do not damage vehicles, abuse platform staff, avoid fare payment, interfere with safety features, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Aurigo Mobility may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unsafe behavior, repeated cancellations, policy violations, or legal concerns.

7. Rider and Driver Partner Responsibilities

Rider or driver partners must comply with onboarding requirements, local laws, traffic rules, safety standards, service guidelines, document validity requirements, and customer-care expectations.

Aurigo Mobility may review performance, complaints, verification status, trip completion, service quality, and safety records to decide eligibility for continued platform access.

8. Safety, Support, and Emergencies

Safety is a core priority for Aurigo Mobility. We may use booking, account, location, fare, communication, and support information to prevent misuse, investigate complaints, respond to emergencies, and improve service reliability.

In urgent situations, users should contact local emergency services first. Aurigo Mobility support may assist with platform-related ride, account, fare, or safety concerns.
